Scope of processed data

We process personal data provided during appointment booking (first name, last name, email, phone) and health data from the client health survey — solely for the purpose of treatment and appointment-related contact.

Purpose of processing

Your data is processed for:

  • fulfilling bookings and providing therapeutic services,
  • contacting you about appointments (confirmations, reminders, schedule changes),
  • maintaining health documentation necessary for safe treatment,
  • sending information about appointment changes or cancellations.

Legal basis

Data is processed based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and for the performance of a service contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Health data from the survey is processed based on explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).

Retention period

Your personal data is stored for the period necessary to provide services and for 3 years after the last visit to enable therapy continuation. Health survey data is retained for the same period. After that time, data will be deleted unless legal provisions require longer retention.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your personal data,
  • rectify and update your data,
  • erase your data (right to be forgotten),
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing),
  • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Data recipients

Your data is not shared with third parties, except for technical service providers necessary for the booking system (hosting, email). Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

The website uses cookies necessary for the booking system and admin panel (login session). We do not use marketing, analytics, or tracking cookies. Using the website means consent to technical cookies.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or destruction. The connection to the website is encrypted (SSL/TLS).
